Hugo Chandler leads energy strategy, software development, and innovation projects. He has worked in clean energy since 2000, collaborating with national and local governments on the energy transition, with particular emphasis on optimising distributed portfolios of energy assets.
Nick Gibbins leads the development of new services and client project management. He has worked in energy and sustainability throughout his career, across both the public and commercial sectors, and is driven by creating simple, investible solutions to long-term problems.
Harry is the Chief Technology Officer at NRP. With more than a decade of experience in software engineering, he leads the development of the technology behind the company’s platform, designing the systems and infrastructure that turn NRP’s modelling and analytics into robust, client-facing software.
Louiza oversees NRP’s end-to-end programme delivery in addition to supporting marketing strategy development, client relationships management, and grant applications. Her experience with diverse international projects in the governmental and non-profit sectors has given her strong expertise in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Jessy oversees NRP’s data operations, from acquisition and management through to analysis, supporting energy assessments and the development of data-driven modelling frameworks. Her background in environmental engineering and data science enables her to translate complex energy data into practical insights for decarbonisation strategies.
Gideon Lyons has a background in the financial, media and retail sectors – as an active business owner, entrepreneur and private investor – with a successful and proven track record in structuring sound business opportunities.
Kitty Harris is experienced in scaling businesses in both the private and public sectors. With a Master’s in Business Psychology, she advises NRP on branding and marketing, behavioural insights and business development.
Virginia Beckett is responsible for identifying commercial property and local energy investment and development opportunities across the UK. She has extensive experience across commercial property, including office and industrial, as well as alternative markets such as hotels, student residences, and build-to-rent.
Sujeesh Krishnan is CEO of Kinnami, building next generation data security software, a serial entrepreneur, and has worked at the UN, Carbon Trust, EY, i2 Technologies, and Bain & Co. He is also a Board Member of CLASP, a non-profit enabling energy efficiency.
Simon Cordery has 25 years’ experience across the renewable energy, clean tech, environmental and property sectors in Europe and the USA, leading businesses across solar, wind, biomass, hydro and grid services for private client offices, Tamar Energy, Savills Energy and the World Bank.
